HOLY SHIT. CHECK THIS OUT. Some guy went through the files of the game. He found all of these cheats. Notice how a few of 'em have already been discovered, so this is almost a confirmation that ALL of these will be in the game. EDIT: By now, it should be pretty apparent to everyone that this is real. Cheats will be continually discovered, and by tomorrow, we'll probably have all of these.

One thing I'm unsure about is what the game defines as a "session" when disabling achievements. Can I spawn a heli to travel between missions? What about if I quick-save, then re-load. Or does saving the game after using any cheats disable achievements for good on that save?

So, from what I'm getting from the comments, the cheats don't save and you have to re-enter them every time you want to use them? Or do they save for while you're playing then you have to enter them again next time you start up?

Either way I feel like they should have stuck with the phone, or had some sort of similar cheat menu that stores all the cheats. I get it's "cool" to go back to like the old version of entering cheats, like it gives it a kind of nice little retro feel, but I play to have fun. I want to dick around and have to put as little effort as possible into fucking around as possible, as lazy as I know that sounds. I don't want to have to re-input codes over and over just to spawn something. I really hope they make some way to save them or that what people are saying in the comments is entirely wrong.

Free Weapon Upgrades

"While a mission is active, go to the gun shop, and buy all of the upgrades for every available weapon and some grenade. Once you have obtained all of the upgrades, leave the gun shop, and use one of the grenades to kill yourself. This will cause the mission to fail, and you will start the mission over. When the mission restarts, you will have all of your money back from the purchases in the gun shop. Go back to the gun store, and all the weapon upgrades will still have a checkmark. Repeat this process when new weapons become available."

Unless I keep doing something wrong, 'Lower Wanted Level' really doesn't help with breaking into the military base - as soon as I lower it, it shoots back up again. Pretty difficult with tanks all over you.
